1. Eligibility for Return

You are eligible to request a return under the following circumstances:

✅ Non-Functioning or Defective Items

If the item you received does not function according to the manufacturer's description or is found to be malfunctioning, you are eligible for a return.

✅ Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, you are eligible to request a return or replacement.

2. Conditions for Return
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when received.
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, invoices, warranty cards, and included items must be returned.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • AppleMac.pk reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving a refund or replacement.
3. Non-Eligible Items

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is functioning properly and matches the manufacturer's description.
  • The return request is due to a change of mind, personal preference, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a defect or damage.
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse, mishandling, liquid damage, electrical surges, or unauthorized repair attempts.
  • The return request is made after the 7-day return period.
4. Return Process
  1. Step 1

    Contact our customer service team with:

    • Your order number
    • Proof of purchase
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos or videos (if applicable)
  2. Step 2

    Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. Step 3

    If approved, we will provide return instructions, shipping details, and authorization confirmation.

  4. Step 4

    Once the item is received and inspected, we will proceed with replacement or refund approval.

5. Payment Refund Process

Once your return is approved after inspection:

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refund will be issued back to the same card.
  • Bank Transfer Payments: Refund will be transferred to the provided bank account details.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer after obtaining the customer's bank details.
🔹 Processing Time
  • Refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
🔹 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Items are returned incomplete or missing accessories.
  • Items show signs of damage not reported at the time of return request.
  • Customers will be informed before any partial refund is processed.
6. Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, AppleMac.pk will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If a return is exceptionally approved for other reasons, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Important Notes
  • Refunds will only be processed after product inspection and approval.
  • AppleMac.pk reserves the right to decline a return if the conditions above are not met.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
